I. Conditions of franchisee

1. Business with legally valid business license or natural person with good credit;

2. Those operating honestly, observing laws, without bad business record;

3. Own appropriate shop above 2 to 3 year leasehold, self-owned shop or can enter local large scale shopping mall;

4. Agree with operation idea of Baiming Textile, have professional ethics and corresponding operating and management capability;

5. Those with experience in curtain lace accessory and those with plan for and resolution to continuous operation and development are preferred.

III. Requirements for franchisee

 1. Regional distributor

(1) Market deposit;

(2) Payment for first batch goods;

(3) Shop requirement: area is no less than 100㎡ (defined by Baiming Textile according to actual situation);

(4) Operation period of the shop shall be no less than 3 years;

(5) Gradually establish product channel sales system in franchise region.

2. Franchised shop

(1) Market deposit;

(2) Payment for first batch goods;

(3) Shop requirement: area is required at least more than 50㎡ (defined by Baiming Textile according to actual situation), shop decoration shall meet related requirements;

(4) Set up at least a shop.

IV. Support

Baiming Textile attaches much importance to future continuous healthy development of distributors while providing them with quality products. Based on the franchise management idea of “help franchisee to start journey, accompany them all the way”, the company ensure mutual benefit and win-win result of cooperation of both you and us! Related supports are as follows:

1. Provide consultation service on local market prediction and shop address selection;

2. Provide reference for standard of united shop decoration design (layout chart, decoration rendering and requirements for various decoration materials). The franchisee can decorate according to the standard if necessary, also can autonomously decorate according to reality.

3 Provide free instruction service such as businessperson training, opening preparation and product display in shop, etc.;

4 Provide united advertisement and publicity material support, including: POP poster, publicity color page, X display rack, product brochure, etc (for specific situation the company will adjust accordingly)

5 The company provides supports for operation of franchisee such as shop sales management, product management, shop affair management, etc.

6. United brand market promotion support, including:

(1) According to market promotion and product sales channel development of Baiming Textile brand, the company will conduct corresponding brand promotion publicity on We-media platform step by step according to plan, and conduct overall publicity on the website of Baiming Textile Mall.

(2) The company will provide supports such as certain quantity of shop poster, print advertisement and outdoor advertisement, etc based on related factors such as market development, market share of product, etc.

(3) Launch of advertisement is finally implemented according to reality of every market.

V. Franchisee management

1. Price: supply price and sales price of franchisee implement united price system province/nationwide;

2.. Sales: franchisee shall not conduct out-zone sale or low price dumping to produce vicious competition endangering brand, ensuring healthy orderly development of every regional market;

3. Advertisement and publicity: appeal of franchisees to advertisement publicity of “Baiming”  brand shall be untied;

VI. Procedure of franchise

1. The applicant consults with Baiming Textile related questions to know matters related to franchise.

2. After consultation and site investigation, the applicant shall cautiously consider by combining its own and local reality. If really desiring for franchise, it can ask for and fill in a Franchise Application Form then submit to the company.

3. After receiving the Franchise Application Form submitted by the applicant, the company will have related staff discuss cooperation with you. If a consensus on cooperation is agreed by both sides, a distribution contract will be officially signed.

4. After signing contract, both sides officially determine the shop, and standard operation is conducted according to related requirements of the company.
