Difficult time of textile industry, dye works large area shut down

Recently crazy rise of raw material price, for textile industry, on one hand, is the support of “slack season is not slack” overall market , on the other hand, rise of such costs as labor, resulting in continuous rise of textile enterprise. Dye works large scale shut down, dyeing and finishing enterprises are suffering “the hardest time”!

The situation everywhere is worrying:

 Wujiang region

Starting from night of June 15, all dye works of Shengze operate in halves. Later at night June 17, all dye works restored production again, but restarted dye works faced sutdown once again 10 days later! On 25, Wujiang district government urgently noticed that all dye works across the district should shut down starting from pm 9, with official document sent to every unit tomorrow morning.

 Jiaxing region

Following Wujiang region, dye works in Jiaxing Xiuzhou region could not avoid the suffering also! Starting from am 9 June 16, local dye works reduce output by 50%.

 Xiaoshan region

Xiaoshan district will implement measures such as shutdown, stoppage, transformation, relocation, as well as merging and reorganization, etc, starting from 2017, by about 2021 dye works will be reduced to 19. It is told that there are roughly 42 dye works currently in Xiaoshan, of which above 50% will not exist any longer.

 Guangdong region

In June, Guangdong will concentrate about 2,000 environmental law enforcers across province conducting 9 month 18 round time atmosphere and water pollution prevention special inspection in 9 cities. 9 cities including Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Foshan, Dongguan, Zhongshan, Jiangmen, Zhaoqing, Qingyuan, Yunfu were selected as key cities inspected.

The situation becomes “swaying ” in this environmental prevention storm, and showing intensifying trend recently. A large number of fabric manufacturing orders are possibly placed in advance, along with texture raw material price still maintains strong, in the short term the situation of “slack season is not slack” will continue. Under environmental protection storm, production cost of texture enterprise soars quickly, and whole industrial chain may meet the “tide of price rise”.
